What is it?

GATE, a program which provides full suport for HR departament by monitoring the personal and by calculating the correct financial retribution of employees.

How it works?

For acces in the company, GATE system includes means of identification of employees (fingerprint, barcode or proximity card) giving the employer a faithful representation of the attendance.

What it offers?

It provides the ability of staff clocking according to the official schedule, regardless of the hour access or exit from the company.

Setting payment or nonpayment of overtime per employee or per shift work, each additional hour is identified and properly framed by GATE (Monday – Friday & Saturday – Sunday)

It generates two Reports

1 – Attendance cumulative, that identifies all the minutes (optional converted in hours) provided in the company by the employee in the course of days, months, etc.

2 – Attendance differentially which counts only during the official schedule, without regard to time of access or departure from the company.
